Yes, it does but it also requires new leaders to take that same courage and stand fearlessly for a goal and a mission. <BR/>It is time to blaze a new direction and a hammock for fresh ideas. This is a very interesting view into how the old lions continue to harm the future of an entire breed. Wasted talent, untapped creativity and a warrant for destination. I also believe that it is important to cultivate leadership because this new generation should not have to make the same mistakes; instead, it should allow for new mistakes to build the future and to establish "what is achievable". <BR/>Well, my mansion decorated philsophy had called upon my ego to believe that "If you want power, must take it." I got a good left hook, a mean uppercut and I spit on the floor after I've won. <BR/>However, after reading this article, it has sophisticated my "take it" mindset into a more "time waits for noone" strategy.
